Dear Customers,
In the uncertain and fast changing circumstances, we all find ourselves in, we want to reassure you that we remain open and are available to support you, but we have had to adapt a few things.
The Electric Storage Company are committed to keeping our customers, staff and contractors safe and healthy while maintaining service to the best of our abilities.
Since 12th March we have been putting in place new operational procedures for our own teams and are working with our partners to preserve our service levels to you. As the situation unfolds and government advice changes, we will continue to adapt. We have been in a work from home model for the past week and we want to assure you that we continue to monitor your systems remotely.
We would encourage you where possible to contact us by email. All calls to our offices are being diverted to the mobiles of dedicated team members working from home, so we may have restricted capacity to answer the calls, but we will get back to you, if you leave a message.
During these unpredictable times, we want to reassure you that the team is focused on helping all our customers and contacts as best as possible through this period.
We will keep you updated with any further information and we will continue to support you and your family at this difficult time.
